In addition, we will visit your facilities at least quarterly to provide educational meetings for your employees and enroll any new participants to the plan. We have many levels of assistance that we are able to provide to participants ranging from the person who wants the investments to be managed for them, to the do-it-yourselfer who just wants a wide variety of choice.
We maintain a fully staffed office in Wyoming, Michigan which allows you to speak with a live person if needed.
Transparent Fee Structure: Our goal is to make sure you know exactly how much you are paying and for what. Some product companies provide for revenue sharing that returns a percentage of the management fee to the 401K provider. We will always return this to you in order to try and minimize your expenses and maximize your returns.
Compliance with Fiduciary Responsibility: The department of labor has an extensive list as to the role of the fiduciary in a 401K. We will provide you with a process that will assist you with your role. This will include quarterly meetings that review your investment choices to demonstrate your due diligence. Our goal is to keep you informed of your responsibilities and provide you with a process to follow.
